By invitation, Hiever participated in the “Asian Yacht Show – Guangzhou Yacht Show” held in Changzhou, Guangzhou, China from March 1st to March 4th, 2023.

Hiever mainly displayed our stainless steel marine-grade hardware products at this exhibition. At our exhibition booth, we mainly displayed various Deck hardware, Pipe hardware, Boat cleat fittings, Deck filler, Slam latch/Hatch hardware. Our products have been appreciated and loved by foreign and domestic customers.

At this exhibition, we also visited the products of many internationally renowned shipbuilding companies, such as Brunswick, O’Neill, and Alpha. There were also many powerful domestic shipbuilding companies in China at the exhibition. The content of this Guangzhou Yacht Show is colorful, and the modules displayed are very diverse, including new yacht product display, yacht technology exchange, yacht experience, yacht club operation and driving experience, yacht upstream and downstream industry development, painting art display, red wine, leisure projects, yacht tours and more.

The exhibition covers an area of about 30,000 square meters. Nearly 300 domestic marine manufacturing companies participated and displayed their products, and more than 30,000 people visited the site. Domestic and foreign yacht enthusiasts, yacht manufacturers, international yacht service providers, yacht design companies, etc. came to the site and spent a meaningful few days.

     Due to the sharp raw steel material increased from the beginning of the year 2021, our company take high operation pressure in recent months . Not only the raw steel material increases , but also the other material which are related with our production . 
     The material increasing is not in China  , it is a worldwide fact , which is caused by the world financial , Covid speading all over the world,  environment protecting policy , lack of raw material etc . This is the  supply chain problem all over the world . 
     Now we had increase our product price about 10% -20%, this is not what we want , hope our customer understand our situation and support us as before , and we always work on supplying reliable quality stainless steel hardware always !If the raw material still keeps increasing crazily in the future days, we will adjust price next time .

    Through discusstion with this Italy customer for one hinge for the strorage racks/shelves project  , the confirmed hinge is similar to one of our standard heavy duty hinge , so we send the free sample for customer testing ,  after the strict testing by customer , finally this heavy dusty stainless steel hinge is approved for this project . The following steps is mold develop and precision casting production  . 
    Stainless steel heavy duty casting hinge is long lifetime, durable and heavy loading , it is good choice for those similar industrial applications . We are confident with our hinge quality , hope we keep long term business . 

    Customer from North America bought our stainless steel boat hardware recently , including different hinge ( offset hinge , cabinet hinge , hatch hinge ) , deck cleat, folding cleat , cup base , deck filler , tank vent etc .           
    Now he send us photos of his boat works which already installed our marine hardware , it is really amazing photos with our fine gloss high quality marine hardwares !

We finish production of the stainless steel marine grade OEM parts , our customer asked us to send small batch by express courier to meet the urgent need.Our customer sent us email to show that they are very happy with the parts quality , we are very happy to hear that too .
